Melon Smoothie

cup Seeded, chopped watermelon

cup Seeded, chopped honeydew melon

Juice of 2 limes

1 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt

1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.  Pour into glasses & serve

Peach Smoothie

2 cups cubed peeled peaches

1 cup skim milk

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1 teaspoon almond extract

ice cubes as needed

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.  Pour into glasses & serve
