Welcome to our newest food vendor, Stephen Etzine! Stephen provided samples of Mango Chutney, Lime & Cilantro Chutney, and Caponata, made from scratch. Stephen will be adding new SCRATCH products throughout the market season.

to participate in workshops in preparation of the Lauraville Fair.
